COVID-19 POLICY
We’re excited to announce that we have reopened!
1) Cleanliness and sanitation is and has always been our priority.
Our space uniquely utilizes Negative Pressure Isolation System (NPIS) to ensure clean air quality, non-toxic inhalation, and to lower exposure of airborne particles.
The frequency and depth of sanitation for our service stations has also been increased, with a particular focus on higher-traffic surfaces.
2) Mandatory State Guidelines: No Mask, No Entry
To comply with NYS guidelines (Interim COVID-19 Guidance for Personal Care Services), and the Executive Order issued, all clients and employees are required to wear a protective mask in order to enter our salon. Masks must be worn at all times to comply with state guidelines.
3) Temperature checks will be required for clients & employees.
We respectfully request any clients cancel their appointments if they do not feel well. In addition, we reserve the right to immediately stop services if the clients begin to show any signs of being sick (coughing, sneezing, or other symptoms) during an appointment.
4) Clients MUST sanitize their hands when checking in.
5) Mandatory Social Distancing
All stations have been fitted with a partition between clients and technicians as an added precaution. We will also be using alternate spacing between our service stations to comply with NYS guidelines.
6) Employe PPE
Our technicians are required to wear masks and/or face shields while providing services.
Our technicians are required to wear disposable gloves while providing manicure services.
